By placing an order or submitting a fitting enquiry you accept these terms.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Flooring is sold by the square metre, pack, roll or item as shown on each product page. Always allow for a cutting margin — our room calculator adds 10% by default.

Samples are free and limited to a reasonable number per household. Samples are cut from current batches and give a fair but not exact indication of colour and texture.

Natural products vary between batches. We recommend ordering all of the flooring you need in a single order so it comes from one batch.

Fitting is carried out by independent installers in our vetted network, not by OnlyFloors. We match your job to installers who cover your postcode and pass your details to them so they can quote.

Your fitting contract is with the installer you choose. We vet insurance and references at the point of joining, but we are not a party to the fitting agreement.

If something goes wrong with a fit, tell us — we investigate every complaint and remove installers who do not meet our standards.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for installation costs where a fault could reasonably have been spotted before fitting. Always inspect flooring before it goes down.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
